In 2018, life brought me to an unexpected standstill when I experienced a minor stroke. Prescribed long-term blood thinners and facing uncertainty , I knew I needed a gentler, more restorative path toward recovery and balance.
I found my healing with my hands in the soil. Spending time alongside seasoned local farmers, I learned the art of nurturing plants and discovering the quiet wisdom of botanical herbs. What began as therapeutic gardening soon became my passion. I started blending my own flowers and herbs – first to nourish my own body and spirit, and soon to share with my family and friends who adore what i was creating.
A few years later, as my children moved overseas for their studies, I was blessed with a brand new canvas. My lifelong entrepreneurial spirit was as vibrant as ever, and i knew my journey of building, creating, and sharing was far from over. Age is just a number – at 52, this was my graceful reset, an opportunity to venture passionately into something entirely my own.
